
Founded in 2018 by Sharon Koger, Esso was built from the ground up—literally. With the help of her husband Tyson, Sharon transformed a dream into a space that’s warm, creative, and uncompromising in quality. Every wall, counter, and coffee recipe has been carefully crafted by hand, with purpose and love.
We’re proud to roast our beans in-house and supply some of Phoenix’s most beloved restaurants and cafes, including Otro Café, Gallo Blanco, and Farish House. As we grow, our goals are bold but grounded: expand our roasting operation, develop a top-tier equipment maintenance department, and continue being a place where people feel seen and cared for.
